By accessing or using Zyon-AI (the "Service"), operated by Zyon-AI ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

2. Description of Service

Zyon-AI provides an AI-powered platform comprising six tools: Zyon-Ask (general AI assistant and data processing), Zyon-Coding (AI code assistant), Zyon-Imaging (AI image prompt generation), Zyon-Videos (AI video script generation), Zyon-Build (website and training course builder), and Zyon-Agent (task automation and task runner). The Service is powered by third-party AI models and APIs.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To access the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before using the Service.

Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@zyon-ai.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access that you failed to promptly report.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Zyon-AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Create or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Generate content that sexually exploits or harms minors
• Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or compromise our AI systems
• Use automated scripts to access the Service in ways that exceed normal usage
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including GDPR and Swiss data protection law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

Free Plan

The Free Plan provides limited access to all six Zyon-AI tools at no cost. Usage limits apply (20 queries per day for Zyon-Ask and equivalent limits for other tools). No credit card is required.

Professional Plan

The Professional Plan costs $15 USD per month and provides unlimited access to Zyon-Ask and enhanced limits across all tools. Billing is monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

MAX Plan

The MAX Plan costs $37 USD per user per month and provides the highest usage limits, team management features, and usage analytics. Billing is monthly per active user.

Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Zyon-AI platform, including its design, code, branding, and underlying systems, is owned by Zyon-AI and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you input into Zyon-AI ("Input") and content the Service generates for you ("Output"). By using the Service, you grant Zyon-AI a limited licence to process your Input solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Input or Output.

AI-Generated Content

The legal status of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that how you use Output complies with applicable law, including copyright law. We make no representation that Output is free from third-party intellectual property claims.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zyon-AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
